I-10 runs east to Baton Rouge and New Orleans and west to Houston; I-49 runs north to Shreveport. The park sits in the northwest quadrant of the interchange where they meet.

From the interchange, the Evangeline Thruway becomes US-167 to Abbeville, then LA-82 to Pecan Island: a single route, ±50 miles as the crow flies.

Space ahead of the groundbreaking.
Phase 1 is under development now: a ±72,000 SF spec building with 32' clear and 40 dock positions, plus a planned ±80,000 SF building. That is ahead of the 2027 construction start, not after it.
